Do you want to know more about the girl behind the camera?  Well I want you to know more about me too!  I remember reading magazines where they would interview my favorite artists and they would always throw in at least a few random questions.  The responses to those questions were always my favorite part of the interview, because it made me feel like I knew the artist personally, not just their work.  So, I decided to do the same thing.  I googled 10 random quickfire questions to answer, and here it goes:

If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with your extra time?

Binge watch Netflix.   But mostly go to the gym/hot yoga, cuddle with the pets, and hike more.

When was the last time you climbed a tree?

I believe it was two years ago on a birthday trip to Flagstaff.  I climbed a tree at one of the parks in the snow.  Hmmm, I need to go find a tree to climb.  It has been too long.

If a movie was made about your life, what celebrity would play you?

Ginnifer Goodwin.  Because everyone says that I look like Mary Margaret from Once Upon A Time.  🙂

Do you scream on roller coasters?

Yes!  And laugh.  It is really a mix of scream laughs the whole time.

What pets did you have growing up?

All of the pets?  That’s a valid answer right?  When I was very little we had a cat that I think was named Mosh (my parent’s both listen to metal music), though I don’t remember that pet.  At my dad’s house I had a dog named Daisy that I had from grade school through college.  At my mom’s house we had 3 cats (Kiki, Popeye, and Stormy) and two dogs (a tiny dog named Meathead and a rottweiler named Titan).

Who’s your go to band or artist when you can’t decide on something to listen to?

Brand New on shuffle.

What’s something you like to do the old-fashioned way?

Making homemade canned jam.

How often do you people watch?

All of the time!  It is one of the reasons I am great at being a wedding photographer.  I blend into the background and watch everyone and try to predict when someone is going to do something fun.  Then bam!  There’s my camera capturing the moment!

Have you ever been stung by a bee?

Yes, just a week ago actually.  I got stung by a bee at an engagement session and didn’t realize until I got home that night.  I thought I had a splinter in my leg, but my husband grabbed the tweezers and pulled out a stinger!

What was the last gift you gave someone?

A date-night gift basket themed with Harry Potter treats.
